Our Facility
Accu-Shape Die Cutting Inc is located at 4050 Market PL in Flint, Michigan 48507. Originally we were located in Fenton, MI but we quickly realized there was a need to expand.
Our facility is 45,000 square feet in size, giving us the room we need to fit all of our die cutting machines and allowing us to provide die cutting, lamination, component assembly, packaging, and light assembly.
We are equipped for all types of material processing, including foam die cutting for cushioning and insulation components, and plastic die cutting for precise, durable parts in industrial and commercial use. Whether you have applications that are simple or complex, hard or soft, thick or thin, with or without adhesive backings, Accu-Shape has the technology and the capabilities to produce the highest quality die-cut parts from a wide variety of non-metallic and non-hazardous materials to meet your application’s performance requirements.

500 Ton Bruno Belt Die Cut Feed Press
This 500 Ton Bruno Belt Feed Press (or 1 million pounds of cutting pressure) is capable of cutting parts as large as 80” x 75”. These presses are used to cut heavy duty material at a fast rate.

350 Ton Bruno Belt Die Cut Feed Press
Our 350 Ton Bruno Belt Feed Press is capable of cutting parts as large as 72” x 60”. BRUNO presses are manufactured with all steel fabrication that are stress-relieved.

15 Ton Freeman Schwabe Traveling Head Press

The slitting carriage is positioned on precision ground linear bearings, providing low friction travel & optimum accuracy. Proportional blade penetration speed & transversal displacement via brushless servo motors allow for precise slitting tolerances & improved finished quality.
Schneider Senator Die Cutter
The Schneider Cutter combines flawless precision with great reliability. These cutters are often used for paper cutting and foam cutting.
Ttarp Laminator
Ttarp designs and manufactures 60″ heat laminating systems to laminate, slit and rewind heat-activated or cold-bonding adhesive products.
2 Stage Rotary Press
A rotary press is capable of providing both die cut and kiss cut parts. Kiss cut parts can be provided in rolls of “ready to use” parts.
