Steel Rule Die Cutting is an efficient way to die-cut a large volume of non-metallic materials. Flatbed die presses are capable of high-precision cuts on materials over 1/8" thick. Accu-Shape is capable of die-cutting any non-metallic material, such as foam, fabrics, paper, corrugate, or rubber. By utilizing our many steel rule presses, Accu-Shape can produce volumes ranging from small runs to large-scale production runs. In addition to die cut presses, Accu-Shape can also apply laminate and pressure sensitive adhesive to parts.
